Tour of the Scottish Highlands

Mileage: 5649 – 7510 After my last disasterous attempt to hit the highlands on my GS – I was anxious that the Tiger prove itself to be both reliable, and as good at touring as the GS was.  I needn’t have worried.

Fitted external Tool Tube

I fitted an external Tool Tube to allow me to carry a useful set of tools.

New pads all round, fender-extender fitted.

Mileage: 5536 Rear pads were shot, front weren’t far behind so I changed the whole lot.  Went for EBC sintered on the front ( hopefully for a little more bite ) and non-sintered on the rear which is wearing quicker. Foot-rest hanger bolt loose – LHS this time.
